RoVer's Roost is a 55+ private membership co-op, part of the Escapees Co-op network. That means the park is owned and run by its members — not a corporate operator. Members elect leadership, volunteer on committees, and shape the community they live in.
The result is a place that feels personal because it is personal. Decisions are made by people who actually live here, and amenities are maintained by people who actually use them.
- 55 or older. Our community is for 55+ residents.
- Current Escapees membership — required. RoVer's Roost is an Escapees Co-op, so an active Escapees RV Club membership is required to join. Not yet a member? You can sign up at escapees.com before applying.
- Aligned with our values. Caring, sharing, and willing to be a good neighbor.
- Approved for residency. A simple, friendly application and approval process.
- RV-ready. Rigs up to 40 feet welcome at full-hookup sites.
The bylaws and rules PDFs open the latest version of each. Please review before applying.
The path is straightforward — and most people make some good friends along the way.
Friendly Folks
Leaseholders feel like they are "coming home" when they return each year. As a co-op we really get to know each other as we participate together on committees and work parties to keep our park (and the fun) going all season long.
A Place to "Decompress"
You only need to give a week's notice before your arrival to ensure your lot will be ready (if your lot is in the rental pool). Clubhouse with activities only a short walk away.
Blue Skies & Sunny Days
Enjoy blue skies and sunny days during the winter — exactly why so many seasonal residents come and stay.
Affordable Annual Fees
Annual fees can be further reduced by putting your lot in the rental pool. Lot leases start at $8,500.00.
Mail, Storage & Laundry
A place to get your mail and packages (when you are physically in the park). Storage sheds on most lots. Clean laundry at minimal cost.
Shopping & Medical Nearby
Plenty of shopping nearby (RV supplies, Walmart, movie theater, shopping mall, and much more). Medical facilities nearby — dentists, physicians, clinics, hospital. Easy access to both Phoenix and Tucson.
WiFi & Connectivity
WiFi throughout the park for a nominal fee.
It's Fun to Be Involved
As a co-op, every member participates in the park's success. Serve on a committee — our members keep the park running smoothly. Activities are sponsored, organized, and run by our members.
Not Ready to Decide?
You don't need to decide now. For just $50.00 you can apply for membership and add your name to the lot Waiting List, and make the decision to lease a lot at a later date. Stop by the office, call, or email to get your application now.
Looking for something more permanent? Our leaseholder program lets you secure your own lot for the long haul. Lots start at $8,500 — less than two years of monthly rent — and bring you fully into the rhythm of co-op life.
- Leasehold lots starting at $8,500, entitling the member to a lifetime leasehold lot
- Become a voting co-op member
- Join committees and help shape park life
- Have a familiar, welcoming home base each season
Why People Choose to Lease
