Membership & How to Join

A welcoming home base for 55+ RVers who love to share their talents.

What It Means to Be a Co-Op Member/Leaseholder

Vicki and Bev hamming it up at the annual Follies.

RoVer's Roost is a 55+ private membership co-op, part of the Escapees Co-op network. That means the park is owned and run by its members — not a corporate operator. Members elect leadership, volunteer on committees, and shape the community they live in.

The result is a place that feels personal because it is personal. Decisions are made by people who actually live here, and amenities are maintained by people who actually use them.

Eligibility

  • 55 or older. Our community is for 55+ residents.
  • Current Escapees membership — required. RoVer's Roost is an Escapees Co-op, so an active Escapees RV Club membership is required to join. Not yet a member? You can sign up at escapees.com before applying.
  • Aligned with our values. Caring, sharing, and willing to be a good neighbor.
  • Approved for residency. A simple, friendly application and approval process.
  • RV-ready. Rigs up to 40 feet welcome at full-hookup sites.

Become a Leaseholder

The path is straightforward — and most people make some good friends along the way.

Friendly Folks

Leaseholders feel like they are "coming home" when they return each year. As a co-op we really get to know each other as we participate together on committees and work parties to keep our park (and the fun) going all season long.

A Place to "Decompress"

You only need to give a week's notice before your arrival to ensure your lot will be ready (if your lot is in the rental pool). Clubhouse with activities only a short walk away.

Blue Skies & Sunny Days

Enjoy blue skies and sunny days during the winter — exactly why so many seasonal residents come and stay.

Affordable Annual Fees

Annual fees can be further reduced by putting your lot in the rental pool. Lot leases start at $8,500.00.

Mail, Storage & Laundry

A place to get your mail and packages (when you are physically in the park). Storage sheds on most lots. Clean laundry at minimal cost.

Shopping & Medical Nearby

Plenty of shopping nearby (RV supplies, Walmart, movie theater, shopping mall, and much more). Medical facilities nearby — dentists, physicians, clinics, hospital. Easy access to both Phoenix and Tucson.

WiFi & Connectivity

WiFi throughout the park for a nominal fee.

It's Fun to Be Involved

As a co-op, every member participates in the park's success. Serve on a committee — our members keep the park running smoothly. Activities are sponsored, organized, and run by our members.

Not Ready to Decide?

You don't need to decide now. For just $50.00 you can apply for membership and add your name to the lot Waiting List, and make the decision to lease a lot at a later date. Stop by the office, call, or email to get your application now.

Why People Choose to Lease

  • The neighbors. People who've been here a while will tell you it's the friendliest park they've found.
  • The value. A leasehold pays for itself quickly compared to seasonal rents at comparable parks.
  • The community. 17 committees, dozens of activities, and the chance to volunteer in meaningful ways.
  • The location. Phoenix and Tucson within easy reach, with a quiet desert setting at home base.
