RoVer's Roost is managed and guided by three separate groups working together to keep the park running smoothly.
Board of Directors
Oversees the business of the park. Seven members elected by the leaseholders of the Co-Op.
Roof Raisers
A committee under the BOD that raises funds and supports the park's social programs.
Management Staff
Two teams of managers who handle office duties, RV parking, propane, and everything in between.
The Board of Directors (BOD) concerns itself with the park business. BOD members are elected by the membership (leaseholders) of the Co-Op, with each serving a two-year term.
There are seven BOD members — three are elected on even years and four on odd years. The Board consists of four officers: President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. These officers are selected by the Board members every year.
The BOD meets at least once a month during the winter season. All Board meetings, except for executive sessions, are open to all leaseholders and renters who are in the park.
Current Board of Directors
- Rick DeVore — President (2026–2027)
- Dan Jones — Vice President (2026–2027)
- Jacque Martin — Secretary, non-voting, (2026–2027)
- Loretta Johnson — Treasurer (2026–2027)
- Leo Potter — Director (2026–2027)
- Tom Keith — Director (2026–2027)
- Steve Nelson — Director (2026–2027)
The purpose of the Roof Raisers (RR) is to support the BOD in its efforts to improve the park and its social programs. The RR is responsible for raising money to support the social programs.
The annual Follies celebration in February is their biggest fundraiser of the year. Funds donated for items on the bargain table also support the Roof Raisers' efforts year-round.
All leaseholders and renters are voting members of this organization. Each year the members elect a President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary.
The Roof Raisers meet at least once a month during the winter season, with all meetings open to everyone.
Every year the BOD forms a hiring committee to either rehire the current managers or to advertise for, interview, and hire replacements. We have two teams of managers at RoVer's Roost. Our managers handle all of the office duties, the parking of RVs, the pumping of propane, and almost anything else that comes along.
