RoVer's Roost is one of 11 SKP Co-Ops in the Escapees RV Club family — non-profit, member-owned RV parks scattered across the United States. Each park is governed independently by its own board and residents, but we share a common heritage: the "Caring & Sharing" tradition started by Kay and Joe Peterson in 1978.
If you're a current Escapees member, you're welcome at any of these parks. Each one has its own rules about visitors — some take reservations, some are first-come-first-served — so call ahead before you roll in. Many a member has discovered they love a particular sister co-op enough to put their name on its waitlist.

Alamo Area SKP Co-Op (Lone Star Corral)
Hondo, Texas
A 55+ cooperative RV community in rural Texas, about 40 miles west of San Antonio. A non-profit corporation owned by its 130 members — and famous for Texas-sized hospitality.
Florida SKP Resort
Wauchula, Florida
An active 55+ community for full-time members in central Florida. Seasonal and short-term renters are welcome too (no 55+ requirement for those stays).
The Escapees RV Club is the parent organization behind all of these co-ops. Membership in the club is required to stay at any SKP co-op, and the club itself offers a wealth of resources — mail forwarding, advocacy, education, and the annual Escapade gathering.
One network, many neighborhoods
Wherever your travels take you, there's likely an SKP co-op nearby — and a warm welcome waiting.
